For this internship our interns team aimed to solve some problems related to the management of communities and companies.
Sometimes companies share a great space and environment but it can be difficult to manage the communication between them. Whether it’s concerning the management of resources, like the meeting room availability, material orders or simply the code of conduct. Minor problems can become a great gap in community management, so this year’s project is all about coming up with a solution that can fill these gaps here at Nest or, in the future, to other companies.
For the meet and greet of our interns, we invited Pedro Simões, to teach us how to do some Caipirinhas, Mojitos and Long Island Iced Tea. With drinks on our hands, all the companies from Nest made brief presentations.

The first phase of the internship was focused on investigating every detail and problem that Nest is facing and to come up with a solution.
6 weeks dedicated to developing the project from the beginning with focus not only on developing our interns technical skills and knowledge but also their soft skills.
